Drops, xp and loyality points are shared between clan members.
Allies
Each clan can ally up to one clan. Doing this lets you share the drops and xp between the clan. This also makes kill protected mobs able to be killed by both clans. This lets you farm easier and in larger groups. Allies get removed periodically and is more as a "party" based feature.
